Creditstar Group's 2025 Annual Report marks a milestone year for the business, with record financial performance, expanded funding, continued product innovation and stronger governance.
Revenue exceeded €100 million for the first time, while the Group continued to scale its consumer lending operations across eight European markets and further expanded our Monefit SmartSaver investment platform. This year also saw Creditstar publish our second IFRS-compliant audited Annual Report, that's International Financial Reporting Standards, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and international reporting standards.

Record financial performance
2025 was Creditstar's strongest financial year to date.
- €110.9 million in interest income
- €13.5 million net profit
- Loan portfolio increased to €482.2 million
- Equity grew to €85.1 million
These are the result of disciplined lending growth, improved portfolio profitability and continued operational efficiency.
A stronger and more diversified funding base
The Group further strengthened its funding position during the year:
- Raising €53 million through bond issuances
- Ending the year with €46.8 million in cash
- Grew the SmartSaver investor base by 64% year-on-year
This broader funding mix provides greater flexibility to support future growth while improving long-term funding economics.
Investing in products for the future
Creditstar continues investing in both lending and investment products.
- Expanded loan amounts and repayment terms in key markets
- Introducing more features and requested improvements to SmartSaver through 2026 and beyond
- Advanced development of new Monefit credit card and Buy Now, Pay Later products planned for launch in 2026
Recognition for innovation
The year also brought external recognition for Creditstar's innovation and customer focus, including Investment Tech of the Year at the 2025 Europe FinTech Awards, alongside several additional industry nominations.
