When paying by card can make sense
Paying with a credit card may make sense when the provider accepts card payments, the amount is within your available limit, and you know how you will repay it.
It can be useful when:
- the repair prevents a bigger problem
- the supplier accepts card payments
- the cost is smaller or medium-sized
- you can repay according to plan
- you compare Flex or loan options for larger work
The key is to match the payment method to the size and urgency of the cost. If the amount is too large to repay comfortably, a different option may be more suitable.
