2024 was a year of seismic change.

Our product evolved, and our team grew, but our mission has remained consistent—providing a simple yet effective way for people around the world to achieve their financial goals through passive income.

By keeping our investors at the heart of every decision, we continued to evolve and create meaningful opportunities for growing wealth.

In the past year, Monefit SmartSaver welcomed over 10,500 new investors, each looking for smarter ways to grow their wealth with different life goals.

And they really did grow their wealth.

Together, our investors and partners have accumulated nearly €6 million in wealth.

At the start of the year, we offered an excellent 7.25% APY in our SmartSaver account, which is still our basic rate (and still excellent).

But by listening to feedback, we enhanced our offerings with tiered rates—up to 8.33% APY for balances exceeding €80,000. This change allowed investors to see their wealth grow faster while staying true to their goals.

And that isn’t even the highest rate we offer because March brought our most significant rate jump of the year (at the time).

Vaults

March 2024 marked a milestone with the launch of SmartSaver Vaults, fixed-term investment opportunities designed to provide our best return rates. Vaults were created with simplicity and purpose—to help investors grow wealth, whether they’re saving for big dreams or smaller milestones.

With rates starting at 8.87% APY for 6-month Vaults and going up to 9.96% APY for 12-month Vaults, the response was phenomenal: nearly 6,000 investors, representing half our user base, opened Vaults within months.

October marked our second anniversary, and we celebrated by sharing gifts with our investors, including doubling referral bonuses, boosting lucky draw prizes, and giving away €1,000 to a lucky Vault investor.

And on top of those, we matched 0.1% of the deposits made that week, over €5,000, and donated it to UNICEF.

This was our way of giving back and celebrating milestones with our community.

After the success of the Birthday Vault, it felt right to create something equally exciting for everybody’s favourite deal extravaganza—Black Friday.

So, we offered a 12-month Vault with our best rate ever, 10.52% APY. It was only available for one day, and over 1,600 investors seized the opportunity, showing our community’s trust and enthusiasm for SmartSaver.

Customer feedback has been pivotal in shaping these offerings. We’ve consistently listened to our investors to understand their needs and ensure SmartSaver aligns with their financial aspirations.

In 2024, we took several steps to enhance our investor experience:

Our sign-up and referral experiences were upgraded to make using SmartSaver a smoother and more welcoming experience.

We launched an improved investment calculator, accessible from your SmartSaver dashboard. It gives greater detail into your earning potential and makes it easier for investors to plan and make decisions confidently.

And we’ve recently introduced investment reminders—so you never miss your moment to grow your wealth. These simple nudges help investors stay consistent, building a foundation for long-term wealth growth.

We hosted our first investor webinar, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how we operate, make decisions, and prioritise investor value.

With customer support satisfaction at 91% and an excellent Trustpilot score of 4.5, SmartSaver is proving itself to be a platform investors love, and we’ll keep it up through 2025 and beyond.

100% payout success rate

This is a particular point of pride for us; since SmartSaver’s launch, we have a 100% success rate for withdrawal payouts.

There hasn’t been a late payment, a mass delay, or any cent out of place.

When you’re ready to take your money out to put it to good use, we’ll make sure you’ve got it within 10 working days. We keep our promises.

Last week, we took SmartSaver Vaults to the next level with a seriously impressive upgrade, making them more flexible, rewarding, and investor-focused than ever.

With terms ranging from 6 to 24 months, rates starting at 8.33% APY and reaching up to 10.52% APY, and the option to receive monthly passive income, this is our most ambitious Vault update yet designed to help our investors achieve their financial goals, big or small while making their money work harder for them.
